Go Live with Organizations
You have familiarized yourself with the fiskaly dashboard, created your required organizations and now want to switch to live mode. Then you are at the right place.
Here you will learn everything you need to know about the live mode in the fiskaly system and go live with organizations.

Go Live with Organizations
In the fiskaly system the default setting is the test mode. The initial activation of the live environment is done manually. The activation can therefore take up to one business day. To put your main organizations into live mode, please contact our sales team and provide us with your Organization ID:
1. Where can I find the organization ID?
In the upper left area of the fiskaly Dashboard is an i-symbol next to the organization name: ⓘ. Click on it and a field with your organization ID will appear.
2. information needed for the live mode
In order to use an organization in live mode, a VAT ID, tax number, and a correct address is required. You already stored this information in the fiskaly system via the Dashboard or the Management API.
3. switching test / live mode
As soon as the live mode has been activated for your organization, a toggle button will appear instead of the Activate Live Mode button. As soon as the live mode is activated, all actions are performed in live mode.
4. API Key & API Secret
To go live with organizations via the Management API, new API Keys and API Secrets must be generated. API Key and API Secret from the test mode are still valid and can be used for further use of the test mode.
5. Go Live with Managed Organizations
Managed organizations can go live via the fiskaly Dashboard or via the Management API, but only if the parent organization is already in live mode.
6. Costs
At fiskaly only organizations in live mode are charged. Organizations in test mode are still available free of charge.

Organisationen liveschalten
Im fiskaly System ist die Standardeinstellung der Test-Modus. Die initiale Aktivierung der Hauptorganisationen in den Live-Modus erfolgt manuell. Das Liveschalten kann somit bis zu einem Werktag dauern. Um Ihre Hauptorganisationen in den Live-Modus zu schalten, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Sales-Team und teilen uns Ihre Organisations ID mit:
1. Wo ist die Organisations ID zu finden?
Im fiskaly Dashboard im linken oberen Bereich ist neben dem Organisationsnamen ein i-Symbol: ⓘ. Klicken Sie darauf, dann erscheint ein Feld mit Ihrer Organisations ID.
2. Informationen, die für den Live-Modus benötigt werden
Um eine Organisation im Live-Modus verwenden zu können wird USt-IdNr., Steuernummer, und eine korrekte Adresse benötigt. Diese Informationen hinterlegen Sie bereits im fiskaly System über das Dashboard oder die Management API.
3. Umschalten Test- / Live-Modus
Sobald der Live-Modus für Ihre Organisation freigeschalten wurde, wird anstelle des Live-Modus aktivieren Buttons ein Umschaltknopf eingeblendet mit welchem der Modus gewechselt werden kann. Sobald der Live-Modus aktiviert wurde, werden alle Aktionen im Live-Modus durchgeführt.
4. API Key & API Secret
Um über die Management API Organisationen live zu schalten, müssen neue API Keys und API Secrets generiert werden. API Key und API Secret aus dem Test-Modus sind weiterhin gültig und können für den weiteren Gebrauch des Test-Modus verwendet werden.
5. Unterorganisationen liveschalten
Unterorganisationen können Sie über das fiskaly Dashboard oder über die Management API liveschalten. Dafür muss die übergeordnete Hauptorganisation bereits livegeschalten sein.
6. Kosten
Bei fiskaly werden nur live geschaltene Organisationen berechnet. Organisationen im Test-Modus sind weiterhin komplett kostenlos.
